When this mixture is done, sprinkle it with the black truffle salt and mix again. Then turn the pasta over, and continue to press down until the cheese is completely blended in and the surface of the pasta is smooth and creamy.

Another recipe uses black truffle salt and fresh mushrooms. In this recipe, you take two pounds of mushrooms, approximately one pound of flat leaf black onions, four cups of chopped mushrooms, and three tablespoons of olive oil. In a large sauce pan, you heat up about two tablespoons of olive oil, and then add chopped onions, mushrooms, and black pepper. Allow the mushrooms to cook down, and then add the chopped black pepper and continue to heat the mixture until the mushrooms are soft.

You’ll then add about half a teaspoon of this seasoning to the center of each slice of bread and spread it evenly. Then lay the mushrooms on top of the bread and pop in the truffle. Cover the sandwich with a piece of paper towel, and pop it in the oven at the recommended temperature. When it comes out, serve with the truffle. This is a great way to get a unique flavor in any meal, as well as using truffle salt instead of regular salt. Just remember that it doesn’t take a lot of time, and you’re sure to get a high quality product if you spend just a few minutes on the process.
